  2. Each presentation will be followed by the Q&A session for 5 minutes maximum. Everyone in the room may ask the question related to the paper presented.
  3. The presentation file format is pptx, ppt or pdf.
  4. All the communications in the parallel session will be in English.
  5. The organizer provides a laptop and a laser pointer.
  6. Each presentation room will be guided by a moderator and a timekeeper who will help presenter in keeping the presentation duration in check.
  7. The moderator has a right to stop the presentation if it exceeds the allotted time. He/she also may stop the Q&A session if the question or answer is inappropriate.
  8. To avoid time delay, ICCIM 2025 Organizing Committee recommends every author to send the presentation file via the submission form. It is best to send the file by 23 July 2025 so we can check whether the file works. However, we still accept the presentation file at the reception desk at the conference site.
  9. Only one author who registers as a presenter receives a presenter certificate.
  10. The conference ends after the parallel session is over. Everyone is invited to interact with each other afterward while enjoying the refreshments provided.
