Submit a full paper
You must submit a full paper before the deadline i.e. 27 April 2025. The steps are below:
1. Prepare your paper with the following instructions:
- Papers submitted must be unpublished,
- Articles are not the result of plagiarism/auto plagiarism,
- There should not be one author with the same name in more than two papers, regardless of the order.
2. Go to Smart CFP ICCIM 2025 (click here). Then choose "Submission link".
3. Log in to EasyChair for ICCIM 2025
4. Choose “Make a new submission” in Author role
5. Fill out the form New Submission for ICCIM 2025. Follow the instructions, step by step, and then use the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.
Confirmation of Acceptance
The submitted papers will be reviewed for both substance and formatting. Confirmation of Acceptance will be announced on May 25th, 2025.
Register and pay the conference fee
You must register and pay the fee to attend the conference by 26-30 May 2025. Please visit the registration page (will be released soon) to fill out the registration form. Please note authors must fill in the Presenter Form to present their paper at the conference while Participant Form is only for spectators. You will receive a confirmation email sometime after you register and send the payment receipt.
Submit a revised manuscript or a camera-ready manuscript
After you have received a review, you must revise it and upload the corrected manuscript by 15 June 2025.

Post-conference
To prevent the paper from being rejected due to poor formatting, we will keep in touch with you to ensure the format of your paper adheres to the format specified by the publisher. We will send the papers to the publisher after they are all ready. We will inform you by email when we submit the papers. It is still unknown how long it takes for the publisher to process the papers, but we will notify you when the conference proceeding is published as soon as possible.
