We have good news for everyone that Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering (by Springer) has agreed to publish our proceedings. It is expected the official publishing agreement will be signed soon. We will keep you updated until it becomes official.

We are already accepting the paper submission for the conference. We also have opened the registration for participants who plans to solely spectate our keynote speeches and paper presentations.
