Please note that the fee applies for each paper submitted. 

First author may present their paper after paying the appointed fee (IDR 2,500,000 or USD 350), but non-first author must pay the participance fee (IDR 500,000 or USD 75) if they intend to attend the conference.

The payment of the conference fee is by bank transfer to :

  The conference fee includes the following :

·      Publication of an accepted paper in the Scopus-indexed Proceedings (Presenter only).

·      Access to all conference’s programmes.

·      Participation certificate.

·      Conference kit.

·      Buffet lunch for each day of the conference.

·      Two coffee breaks for each day of the conference.

Important notes :

·      The conference fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

·      Personal expenses such as accomodation, visa, insurance etc are not covered by the conference fee.
