ICCIM 2023 invites you to present your paper to fellow authors. The oral presentation will be given in a parallel session at 27 July 2023 at Universitas Tarumanagara Campus 1, L Building 5^th floor.  The guidelines for your presentation are as follow :

·        The official language of the Conference will be English and all presentations must be carried out in English.

·        All presentations must be prepared with PowerPoint or PDF.

·        The allocated time for each paper is 15 minutes, comprising 10 minutes of oral presentation and 5 minutes of discussion.

·        Each presentation handout must be prepared beforehand and presenters are not allowed to use the laptops at session rooms to edit or create their presentation slides.

·        Presenters must register before carrying out their presentation and they must arrive at the conference room before the presentation starts.

·        Presenters must hand over the files before the sessions start either on the site or via email. If presenters plan to hand over the files on the site, please do not forget to bring the presentation files and please make sure the files are readily working fine. To help you avoid such undesirable mishaps, presenters may send their presentation slides before the conference date to our email (This email address is being protected from spambots. ·        All session rooms will be equipped with laptop, screen, projector, and internet, and laser pointer. Presenters may bring their own laser pointers.
